I really haven't been too nervous about Columbus Day weekend, as we will be at the end of our vaca, and leaving to come home on Sun. Now I have read a couple posts about how packed the parks are that weekend, and I'm wondering if I should tweak my plans a little. I had been planning a non-park day on Fri (going to FW), and AK and Epcot on Sat. As this is our last full day, I wanted to end our trip by being in the parks, and especially seeing Illuminations for the first time. Will AK and Epcot be really bad that Sat.? Would I be better off flip-flopping my days and doing Ak and Epcot on Fri instead? Or will Fri be just as bad?

We will be there the same time. My thinking is that MK will probably be crazy on Saturday but the other parks should be manageable. Esp Epcot - it is so big it handles crowds well!

Thanks. I am hoping that's true. I thought AK might be okay early in the morning, and hopefully we can get most of what we want done before it gets too mobbed. Then head to Epcot where I have PS for GG and the rehitching (unbeknownst to my husband);) then HISTA, TT, MS and Illuminations.
