Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies anyone?

I've never even heard of those. What's your recipe? I've been craving cookies for weeks. :goodvibes

If you like pumpkin, you'll love them. They're so quick and easy to make, too.

Pumpkin Chip Cookies

2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. pumpkin
2 Tbsp. milk
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
4 c. flour
1 pkg chocolate chips

Mix first 10 ingredients together, add flour, then chocolate chips. The dough will be thick like cake batter (don't mix too long). Bake at 350 for approx 10 minutes.

*You can cut the recipe in half. This is a double batch.

Thank you so much! I'm going to have to make those soon. YUM! (I LOOOOVE pumpkin)

My whole house smells like pumpkin today. I have a Spiced Pumpkin Yankee Candle votive melting in the potpourri crockpot, and now I just baked those cookies. Mmmm.

OH, Heavens! They sure look yummy! So, how many cookies do you get out of the recipe? Double batch or single batch?

That might be one of the unanswerable questions like how many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop. At least that is how it would be in my kitchen. I would have to start eating them as soon as they were cool enough not to melt the skin off of my mouth. :flower:

I have had a craving for these for a week now. We just carved our pumpkins last night so I was going to mka e them tomorrow. Your post has inspired me to make them... now, immediately, pronto!

They look and sound delicious. I am going to make a batch tomorrow. Thanks for sharing your recipe with us.

That recipe is for a double batch. You can cut it in half if you wish. A single batch would only last one night in my house.
