Fresh Mediterranean Market at the Dolphin

Has anybody been to the Fresh Mediterranean Market at the Dolphin? Was wondering how it was. Was planning to go there last year but decided against it last year. Is this place like the Maya Grill at the Coronado?

I've never been to the Maya Grill so I can't really compare. But the food at Fresh is very very good. It's buffet style, everything is well...fresh, and the selection is good.
