We are so excited to be revisiting FQ next week. Can we borrow a luggage cart from bell services (2 toddlers have a lot of stuff!!)

From what I've read on the disboards, I doubt it. I've heard some CMs will allow you to take one if you leave a photo ID, but I've heard more often they simply won't let you take one. I do believe they will offer to assist you, though.

Based on our experience no, but as the PP said they will help you. Depending on your room location / category you may be able to do it yourself over several trips.

Disney doesn't really do the self service luggage cart thing. They will take the bags in a cart for you

Why not use Bell Service? A whole lot easier.

You're on vacation! Spend $10 for a tip and let Bell Service drag your stuff to your room. It's what they do.

As you carry the kids and they deal with your stuff talk to the CM about the resort - they know terrific little details you might miss.

Especially with 2 kids and a lot of stuff.
