French Qrter bus times

I recently had someone ask me what is closer to French quarter...Hollywood sudios vs Magic Kingdom

- it appears Epcot, then Hollywood studios then Magic Kingdom

BUT when I use the bus calculater here is what it gives me - all by bus.

Magic Kingdom - 17 minutes
Hollywood studios - 18 minutes
Epcot - 34 minutse

Am I missing something? does Epcot have more stops or something. Just seems weird. (or the calculator is wrong)

its Epcot then MK then HS

But thinking about it you are saying from FQ and I am normally in POR and it just depends which way the buses are going around the resorts and if they have individual buses for the resorts going at peak times.! So my order is from POR.

So if you are catching a bus from FQ to Epcot, its going to pick you up first then go all around riverside before going to Epcot so the timings could be right on that one. But I am also pretty sure that after we have been picked up for the MK from POR that it goes straight out the gate to MK and has already picked up at FQ so really the timings for this seem way out! very confusing.. I think the timings are a bit misleading!

I actually think the HS travel time should be closer to Epcot's. The MK bus only stops at FQ and then goes directly to the park while the HS and EPCOT buses start at FQ and then make 4 additional stops at RS before traveling on to the parks. Its the additional stops that add all the time not the distance to the three parks which is negligable.

DHS is a little bit farther than Epcot, but there are also lots more traffic lights on the way, so the travel time should be about 5 minutes longer.

It normally takes about 10-15 minutes to get from FQ to the last stop at RS, but it can be longer if there are wheelchairs or just too many buses coming along at the same time. From there, travel time to Epcot would be about 10 minutes, to DHS about 15 minutes.

In the a.m. near park opening time, there might be some buses that go directly to Epcot or DHS without circling RS.
