Freezing cold at Crystal Palace?

We had the Pooh & Friends character breakfast at Crystal Palace at MK last month, and while we thought the food was fine, and the character interaction was terrific, one thing I found odd was that we were seated next to a window that had an air vent/register thing, and we were absolutely freezing cold! Anybody have this experience?
Also, the air that was blowing out of the ventilation smelled kind of moldy. Again, has anyone else noticed this?

BTW, it was so cold ("How cold was it?") that after breakfast we had a cast member take our picture in front of the castle with our camera, but the lens had fogged up with the temperature difference between inside and outside the restaurant!

Best AC in WDW! Perfect for a late lunch on a hot summer day, at which point no cold is too cold!

IMO, the more freezing the better. If I wanted hot I'd eat outside.

I was there last Sunday and I'm always cold and had no problem. But then again I wasn't near a vent .
