Freezer jam!

I went to a Taste of Home cooking school last week, and the lady made some mixed berry freezer jam. I thought it looked good so I made some tonight, but I had to use frozen berries. It turned out great, and was super easy, so now I'm wanting to try more varieties. I'm already planning on peach when our local peach orchard has peaches in season, but I'd love to hear everybody else's favorite recipes. Thanks!

Well I don't have a recipe but I do remember eating it in the summer when I was a kid. Can you share your recipe?
