Freeride, what happened to the cabs?

After 100 or more clicks, there were no more grab-a-cabs today. The only popup was a click on Smithsonian magazine and it did NOT credit the 5 points that it said.

I clicked the mexico link multiple times and got NO credit. don't waste your time with the freeride unlimited click promotion.
