Freeride Question

I am so frustrated with freeride. I cashed in for a $15 visa and never received it. I sent numerous emails only to receive a reply email saying they will get back to me in 2 days (which they never do). I guess I have to write it off that I wont be receiving it. Has anyone had trouble recently with them?
