Children will be 4 1/2 and 1 1/2 same price so is Freeport better or day at sea. Give me your feed back!!! Thanks :)

I would personally choose the day at sea. It is much more relaxing, especially with kids at that younger age.

DW and I changed our date when Disney informed us that we were going to Freeport. We were there on Carnival in 1992 and to be kind, it was a waste of the fuel it took to dock the ship. The taxi ride (Through slums that would have been squallid in the worst areas of Baltimore) was frightening to say the least. I still wake up on quiet nights with a case of "flashback" willies. I forget where we were headed but remember the taxi driver smoking a joint that had to have been rolled in a sheet of newspaper based on its size. He tried to pass it around and seemed confused that we would decline. Then he tried to sell us some stuff and claimed that he couldn't get in trouble because he was the police chief's brother or cousin or something. The cab was a 20 year old stationwagon that had seen better days and would have been considered unsalvageable on Junkyard Wars. It gets worse but I need to go take my medication now...
