Freeport Excursion?????

I'm at the 60 day mark and counting! We have booked a room at the Comfort Suites in Nassau so we can enjoy all of the Atlantis however, I am stumped as to what to do in Freeport.

Dolphin encounter looks fun but very pricey for a family of 6. (worth it?)

Snorkling trip to treasure reef with DCL-Anyone done this? (good, bad, ugly)

How about non DCL excursions in freeport? Horseback riding, deep sea fishing -(I know my DH would love that), Paradise Cove
