Freephone number

Can you use the freephone number to call your salesguide, or does it only work for Member Services?

I think I have tried it and had to leave a message for our guide to ring us back - which she happily did. I have also e-mailed MS and asked for a phone call from our guide - which we also received. So either way should do it for you.
