I never knew there was a freephone number for DVC - I always ring the one on the back of the card!! thanks for the info

You can also call US 1-800 numbers free of charge through Skype.

You need to dial 0800 xx xxxx this will connect to AT&T. It then asked you to enter the number you require which will be 800 xxx xxxx for DVC. Hope this helps.
