Forgive me for being naive, but what phone number do we give? Is there a generic number that doesn't really exist that people use?? I guess I won't be giving out my phone number to a company that I think is honest- not worth a freebie- that isn't really free.

We were charged over 120 dollars and still counting from Surf Safe Internet and some emergency roadside email service over 5 months. They are still charging us . Every month we have to go through the same thing call our phone company, do a 3rd party call to them, cancel, and we get the credit but such a pain. They still must have us active and not cancelled. I was scared of DH with what he said to them this past month . I have reported both companies to the BBB but have not heard anything from them other than my complaint is being looked into. My phone company said I am doing everything I can and just keep trying, we are getting the money back but it is soooooo frustrating to have to make a 45 minute phone call every month. Now I just use my area code and number I know is not active.
