I can not get the coupons to print

I have never been able to print Smartsource coupons off my computer. Bricks, yes, no Smartsource. I mean it's too late now, but for future reference. My computer won't install the coupon printer correctly, or something like that, and from what I can figure out from other boards, it's not a really unusual problem.
