Mine came in an envelope and they were is a really pretty organza(ish) drawstring bag. I don't wear pearls so I am saving it for an unexpected gift.. Very nice for $2!

Were these sent certified mail. I have not received the pearls yet but I did get a notice for a certified box to be picked up at the post office.

They came regular mail. If I hadn't known better, it looked like junk mail. I was a red and white envelope made of heavy card stock, and said, "a gift for you" on the back. Before I was a freep, I would have tossed it out without looking twice, but now, I check everything very carefully.

The pearls are nice, nicer than I expected. We got them yesterday, I gave them to DD14 to wear to school today. Today was her first day, as she transfered from public to parochial school a few weeks into the year, so she was scared and nervous. The pearls put a smile on her beautiful albeit trembling face. The pearls also helped dress up the somewhat masculine school uniform.

I just started to admit this week after being gone for a week @ disney. My mailman left me a HUGE box of mail. Most of it free stuff. Better than bills. I was so excited to open my mail. That is when I realized I was a freap.

It was one of those Urban Legends....I never saw anything interesting..

It wasn't an urban legend! I remember it well. My mom and her friend were looking at the catalog (it seems like it was JC Penney, but maybe it was Sears) and they were giggling and saying "Look! It's sticking out!" I was about 6 or so and they wouldn't show me (I didn't know what they were talking about, but of course I wanted to know what was so funny). I looked it up years later and saw it online. I doubt I can post a link on here, or I would.

THAT WAS THE EASIEST $10 EVER!!!

It is really easy to cancel your membership- I signed up, ordered with GC, and then called an automated 1-800 number to cancel the account! So so easy... they even send a cancellation email...

it will say they are closed, but then says "To cancel your membership press (number)" Easy as pie!

Mine came the same way, but the sting was broken on the necklace and the pearls went everywhere

But there customer service was great and they are sending me a new one, and they are paying to have the old one sent back, it is costing them $6 now
