Note that the Zipcode on the form is incorrect. The correct one has the correct P.O. box after the dash.

Hope this helps. I'm off to mail mine now!

I don't understand the colgate toothbrush thing.. if you fill out the form online after you get your stars, you get to choose which toothbrush for each kid. After I printed out the form I'm supposed to send in it tells me to choose ONE toothbrush. I thought I get one for each kid? What did you guys do?

Anyone seen a link for free trial to Enfamil Next Step baby Formula?? Saw one one here a few weeks back and can't find it now.... Thanks! :wave2:

It is confusing..On one line it says Toothbrush(es), so I am assuming they are able to process for each kid. I guess I will send in one form and circle two toothbrushes then write a note that both kids have passed the criteria to EACH receive a toothbrush. You would think they would do a better job of setting this thing up..they didn't even have the address filled out..:confused:

Some of you may already know about this....... (it's free)

Sears KidVantage Wearout Warranty. It applies to all the clothes (except socks and underwear) you buy for your child.

The Lowdown:

If the item wears out before your kid outgrows it, Sears will either repair or replace it with the identical item in the same size or, if it's unavailable, a similar item of equal value in the same size.

The warranty covers all children's sizes and up to big kids' size 6 in shoes.

Just take the worn-out pants or the torn T-shirt to your nearest Sears store - and make sure you have proof of purchase."

~~~~~
Our KidVantage® Wearout Warranty is simple:
* it covers all children's apparel and footwear as long as the child for whom you bought the item continues to wear the size
* if the item wears out, Sears will, at its option, either repair or replace it with the identical item in the same size, or if it's unavailable, a similar item of equal value in the same size
* it covers children's sizes from infants' up to 18 in apparel, and up to senior kids' size 6 in footwear, with proof of purchase
* all replacements or repairs can be handled through your nearest Sears Catalogue location
The KidVantage® Wearout Warranty does not apply to:
* hosiery and underwear
* any item sold at any Sears Outlet store or online at Sears Outlet web site
:scared1: I posted some freebies earlier but didn't go through the thread, so not to gang up on anyone but I'm with Madd on this one. I know that sometimes we just go crazy and start posting anything that's FREE - I tend to go on a rampage too, but I've learned to be really careful. I've had to have a link in the past because it was offensive or improper.
So, with that being said freaps - you can do whatever you want but I will definately NOT be subscribing to this magazine.
