Just thought I would share my experience this morning, DD5 and I were coloring with a box of Crayola crayons(price matched at Walmart for .15 I saved a whole .05 ) and I noticed that several of the crayons wrappers were coming off, so I called the company (via 1-800 # on back of box) and talked to a customer service rep and she took my info and told me she would send a $2.00 coupon good on any Crayola product.

I frequently call about a product that I really like or if I ever have any problems I call and at least 90% of the time they will send a replacement or coupons. Last week, I bought a Hillshire Farms entree salad(free with HS purchase and coupon) and it was missing the dressing, so I called and they assured me they would send me a replacement...sure hope it's a coupon not a wilty mess!! A few years ago (when I had a few less little ones), I went through my house and called several companies(only toll free)and told them what I thought of thier products and had a pretty full mailbox for awhile.

I can't get the mike and ike game to work. I click on stock up but when I try to click on the link to play the game nothing happens. Anybody else have this problem.

Are you using Firefox? I'm on a Mac and I couldn't get the game to work on Firefox so I use Safari for it.
