The website has a different resolution than your screen is set at -- (sort of like at the Coke Rewards site) so you can't see the whole thing. Do you have a scrolling mouse? I am able to scroll left and right as well as up and down. This is how I can see it.

I finally found it, but never on the bottom on the screem What I did was click on the main page, then map, from the map and went into the Solano Factory, when I clicked on each type of candy (pictures of the bag) it let me register for each one. Not sure if I will get more than one sample but gave it a try-
I did get three seperate conformation emails

Fyi- I couldn't see it at the bottom either, actually I could see "something" but could not read it- the screen would not maximize- so I scrolled my mouse over the bottom and clicked and it took me to the free sample form
