i got the email saying it was shipped yesterday but when i click on the site for tracking it says it's being "inspected" but i wonder if this is due to the fact it is being sent usps instead of ups...they said you can't track it if it usps( not sure why but they said that's how they were shipping it)

If there was this mistake in their system they need to inform their reps to apoligize to their customers! I was very frusterated, as this was my first oder with Chadwicks! I wonder how many people will not catch it and end up paying the $29.99!!!

I am glad to hear that I was not the only person this happened too!! I was beginning to really wonder!!

After this continuing saga, I doubt if I'll order from them again. I spent more time trying to sort out my order with them this evening. I have an email reply which didn't answer any of my questions, then when I called I got transfered to several different reps. They said that the orginal order for my shirt was cancelled. (How that happened is still a mystery.) Now they said they don't know if the luggage that was a seperate order may or may not ship. They said if it does, I can return it. Correct me if I'm wrong but when I return something I get the $29.99 credited but NOT the cost of shipping it back. I will not pay that--I'll dispute it with my credit card company first. So this last rep I spoke with put things in again and said that it'll all go out. I checked this evening and she ordered the wrong size! I wish I could just cancel everything and get my $29.99 credit. I hate dealing with them anymore!!! I don't know what else to do.

I never got an email saying it was shipped but it arrived at my door today. I ordered on 9/17/04. Hope it works out for all of you

I didn't get an email either, but I just checked and both my orders say that they shipped today via UPS. I ordered on the 17th.

got my emails today said they were shipped on the 20th but when I go to tracking on UPS and put in the numbers supplied it is showing no record. Not sure if the system hasn't updated or what...will keep checking


checked back this am, and UPS now has the tracking numbers on it said it was shipped on the 21st not the 20th that the original email stated.

I just found out my order shipped. But a pair of shorts was cancelled. Not sure why, but the invoice is still showing the total with the amount of the shorts. And because I had to order the two items to get the backpack deal I hope they don't charge me full price for the back pack now.

I just got an email confirmation that one of my orders shipped yesterday. It was the one with earrings and carryon and they both shipped together...(breathing a sigh of relief).

Received my backpack and carry-on today -- not the best quality, but definitely a great FREE deal. The backpack is small, about the size of a pocketbook, but would be great for a little girl or young teenager. The carry-on is definitely big enough to carry about a weeks worth of clothes for a child or a weekend's worth of clothes for an adult.

My son just called me to tell me my Chadwicks order arrived. He opened it, and all that I ordered was there: earrings, bracelet, backpack, and carryon. Not sure of the quality because I haven't seen it yet. But woohoo.... gotta love free stuff.

I also had a pair of shorts cancelled. The carry on is being shipped, my invoice was for $6.99 for the shorts. I have not been charged anything on my cc. I only orded the shorts.
Will update when I find out what happened.

well it says mine is at my post office...which should deliverer it ( literally around the corner from my house) at least by my trip in Dec as long as they don't lose it.( I swear they strap it on the backs of snails theyare so slow)

Mine said shipped 9/20, but UPS only has billing info recieved as the status. They don't even have that they have gotten the item yet from Chadwicks to deliver it.
