Free valet parking question

I know as a DVC member you get free valet parking, but it that just at the resort you are staying at or can you valet park for free at any resort. We are planning on eating at a few hotel restaurants and will have a hire car for the first time. Can we valet park for free at the hotels where we will eat or will we have to pay (which I don't mind doing.)

Only DVC resorts, only while staying at a DVC resort on points. But you can park at any DVC resort that offers valet parking with this perk. We have used it at BWV, BCV, and WLV both while staying at the resorts and not staying at the resorts. Just be sure to tip the valets, as it is only the parking fee that is waived.

Remember, too, if you have the Disney Dining Experience, you can also get free valet parking (for the amount of time it takes you to eat) at all Disney resorts with valet parking, not just DVC resorts.
