Free upgrade to park hopper in April 2009??

I've noticed the past 2 years , they have upgraded tickets to park hopper with waterpark option.
We're going next April, and just wondering if this is something that they always do? Do you think this will happen again next April??? Thanks.

We had free park hoppers, water parks and more in 2007 and 2008, but it was for Jan./Feb. dates. They don't always offer this type of discount. It is just a guess as to whether or not it will be offered at all or will be offered for your dates.

I looked at mousesavers.com's historical info on past discounts, and it says that there were "free ticket upgrades" (which probably means free hopper and/or free water parks and more, but not necessarily) during April 2008.

IMO, Disney will offer all kinds of incentives to get people in the parks. This year is a bad economic year and imo, 2009 will be worse. I think Disney will offer some great deals. At least I'm hoping

This year for example, Disney offered deals on packages and room only for August/September their value season. Half of that time is already free dining and in August you get the value rate. I've traveled early August 7 years straight and I haven't seen Aug deals available like this since 02' and 03'. Usually there is a August deal, but with some undercover code (usually not public). Disney is trying to fill their rooms.
