I am so excited! I have a free 4 day trip to WDW in May.....its a training trip for work. They do it annually and this year I was selected. I am thrilled. My boss felt bad it was this year as I had just come back from WDW when they announced it....but I am excited!

We are staying at the Grand Floridian which I am excited about. I have only been in the lobby there and am excited to stay there! I may extend my trip a few days, but that is up in the air!

Woo Hoo!

WOW! Can I have your boss? Have FUN!:Pinkbounc

The best kind of vacation - a free one! :) Congratulations! Where in MA do you work?? It was funny, because back in May of 2000 we were down at the Beach Club and found out that the sales department from where my DH works was there! Another funny thing was that I used to work at the same place and I knew some of the people even tho I had left 6 years earlier when our first child was born. :)

oOOOOOOOOOOOO I am soooooo jealous. I haven't had a work trip down to Orlando in quite a few years now - hmmmm, I need to work on that.........

I would be excited too, a free trip and not only free but to WDW. Congratulations!

Congratulations! :D :D :D

Gotta love those free trips. I leave March 17 as a nanny for some friends that won an award. They have a two month old that they don't want to leave at home, but can't take to events. I will have him in the evenings, over night, and in the a.m. The rest of the time I am on my own. I have three days there by completely by myself. They are paying for everything. I am so excited.

Have fun at the Grand Floridian!

Maybe I will actually have to do a trip report this time!

I am hoping DH can come with me. He actually would be driving and meet me there. He has to go to Tyndall AFB for 6 week TFY and report in May 5! It's odd timing for us, but free is free!

I love the line - My boss felt bad it was this year and I just got back - ummmmm, ok. But some people just don't get it. Congrats to you. When I was working I had a very suppotive boss. She let me go to 4 Disney Istitute Management Seminars, 3.5 days each. All expenses paid by the company, and I did learn a lot. Have a wonderful trip.

Make sure you check with your boss as to whether the cost of the trip is going to be counted as income to you and if so, find out how much (e.g. rack rate at GF?) The IRS makes sure that nothing is really "free."
