Free single day base ticket "summer pkg. incentive" with one night room only res.??

We are going in 59 days. I made fast pass reservations yesterday and noticed something odd. There are 11 of us and we have three rooms and added an extra non package room for our arrival day. My daughters room reservation has four people in her room for that arrival day reservation. The reservation shows a one day base ticket "Summer Package Incentive". Oddly, it only shows on three of the four people in the room. My four year old grand daughter was sadly left out. I'm wondering if they can somehow save that ticket for another time. They wont arrive at the resort until after 10pm so they cant use it that day. And we start a five day package with hoppers the next day. Anybody else ever see this?

Wish it were on the other two reservations. We all arrive at 4pm and could have used them! LOL

Judging from the number of views and the lack of answers, I'd say nobody ever heard of this promotion! LOL

I would have your daughter call to ask about it. Sometimes they call things names that don't mean what we think they mean.

Also how did she book the room that's different from the way others booked that one-night stay?

I agree that the name might not be what you think it is. If she added that reservation on the phone, I am assuming they asked (as they always do) whether she needed tickets - could she have somehow got confused about needing *additional* tickets for this one day and accidentally said yes. Even though it says "summer incentive" that doesn't necessarily mean they were free or even much discounted. It's possible she has been charged extra for tickets she doesn't need. I'd say she definitely needs to call to double-check that she has the right items at the right prices she intended to pay. She may not want that ticket at all, or it may be worthwhile to keep it for future use and a CM could explain whether that's possible.

I did call. Oddly, although it shows in MDE on my computer, it shows nothing on the screens at the Disney call center. Perhaps another of the many MDE anomalies!
