Free Shuttle to SeaWorld/Aquatica from Universal Hotels?

• Has anyone used the free shuttle to SeaWorld and Aquatica from the on-site Universal hotels?
• How well did it work (or not) for you?
• Does anyone know what time they start (so I can make it to park opening) and what the return times usually are?
• Do you need to wait until 24 hours before or can you reserve earlier?
  

I will be staying at HRH in late August and want to go to Discovery Cove for a day as well as to SW for a couple of days.

We have used it twice from the RPR and it worked beautifully. There are only a few so book early. You can book it at concierge and i think you can book earlier than 24 hours. The first shuttle gets you there just a little after opening if I remember correctly.
