You board the mears busses but your luggage is trucked separately.

I am guessing that they will have different buses for the different resorts or maybe put a few together, BC, BW, Dolphin/Swan, similar to the way Disney bunches them.

I think MrsG has the right idea.

Two small clarifications...
-- For Magical Express, the "mears busses" are not the same coaches and vans that Mears operates today; Disney is promising new, state-of-the-art motor coaches with video screens (but they will be operated by Mears).
-- Dolphin/Swan are not part of Magical Express.
