When did Disney raise the Free Shipping to $99 and above? Just wondering,

I've bought a lot of gift cards over the years, they've never charged me for shipping for those.

I'm not sure what the free shipping threshold was/is however I've found that if I go on the site and take a look around but don't buy anything I usually get a free shipping on any order email within a day or three.

I know! I noticed it went up and then saw yesterday it was now $85. And they charge at least $9.95 for shipping, to start! I was going to order a pair of earrings and it was $9.95 to ship - nope. I put stuff on my wish list and wait for a day they do free shipping, it's usually at least once a month. And if the item sells out, then it wasn't meant to be. Or I look on Amazon...
