Free Second Driver?

Are there any codes for Dollar that will give you a free 2nd driver from the same household? I am a dollar express member, costco member and have a visa and amex card.

I had never found one with Dollar. Was a long time renter. We switched to National last year and one's spouse is free as a second driver.

COSTCO, AARP and AAA car rental promotions (codes) almost always include an additional driver. AFAIK Dollar doesn't currently offer a promotion with any of those companies.
