Free refills still at 2 spots??

Can anyone tell me if you can still do free soda refills at Rancho DZ and Pizza place at Space Mtn?? That was always so awesome (showing receipt of original purchase, of course, and while you are still there- not returning hours later!!). Last Feb, 2017, those were the only two places I knew of. Still an option??

Rancho yes, Pizza Palace we were told no. Someone at Rancho said it was because they don't sell the large cups, but I don't know if that is true or not.

You can get refills at Plaza also. Request a paper cup so you can take it to go.

I was told no once at Boardwalk (the only time I tried it there). It was disappointing.

I was told 1 refill at Rancho last time I was there. I was told no refill at all at Plaza Inn.

In December we were able to get refills at Rancho, Pizza (Red Rockets at the time) and Plaza Inn with no problems. I don't believe we tried Boardwalk last trip but its never been an issue before.

I've never been questioned at Rancho. And Plaza, we have sat for 2 hours eating and chatting and refilling our cups (the plastic ones)without any issue.

I guess it all depends on who is working. I've heard many other people who have said they had the same experience as you. But that is not the experience I had the last time I was there.
