Free refill on child's drink at TS?

I just read the new mousesavers newsletter and it announced that WDW now offers free refills on children's drinks at table service restuarants. Is this new? The servers I have had have always refilled ALL of our drinks for no charge at TS restuarants. What is the official policy on adult drink refills?

We've always gotten free refills (adults and kids) unless it was a smoothie or milk shake type drink.

it seems the big sticking point on that news is milk. i dunno if that was always unlimited or not, but soda definitely was.

Last year, in October, we were always charged for refills on milk. That's great news about the free refills to include milk. DW and DS drink a lot of milk. I'm beginning to believe that I should my own cow in the back yard.

As bradk said they are sticking to the point about milk. It is part of the new heathy menu for the kids to have a healthy drink as well so now you can get free refills on milk and juice.
