This is what it's doing on mine. I can not get the photo book to come up on my order. When I click on "get entire album free", and go to order, it says cart empty.

I had a glitch because I had logged into snapfish FIRST then tried the link, then... it wasn't working...etc. So if you're having trouble (and you already have an account), log completely out and then click the link from a PP, THEN you'll be able to log in and you'll have the credit in your account.

I uploaded a photo for my custom cover. On page 1, it will not allow me to change the layout because it says it has to fit in the cover. Is the photo on page 1 the cover photo?

Just wanted to say thanks for posting this info!

I ordered my book today. I had clicked on the link last night, and mistakenly had thought that the credit would be saved in my account. That did not work for me. So today, after I created the book I completely logged out and then logged back in through the couppn link and viola--free photo book (well, $7 or so for shipping).

Also, to the PP, the photo on page one does not appear to be the cover photo--yet I got the same error message that you got (couldn't change format of first page).

I really should have watched Oprah yesterday, I am struggling to declutter my home. I do think I will have to make some of these in the future to preserve the kids artwork while not keeping it lying around my house forever. I think my mother kept everything I ever made (well almost everything) and while it was a nice feeling to know that she cared so much, it was also a royal pain to sort through all the crap after she passed away.
