Free passholder F&G print - what time do they open?

Does anyone know with 100% certainty what time the line opens for the free Flower & Garden passholder prints? Our last day of our trip is May 1 and we will have 1 full hour in Epcot before we have to go back to the resort. I'd love to get the Mickey print which comes out that day. But I don't want to waste time rushing over there if it's not open that early. A friend went at 10:30 but I've been unable to find anyone who knows if it opens at 9am.
