You can print out a letter from Santa for anyone at http://www.mailletterfromsanta.com/ (2015)
It appears to be sponsored by Coca Cola and Nabisco. You have to create an 'account' with email and password. Then, you fill in blanks with names of people the recipient knows, what they might be receiving for Christmas, etc. Any of which could be very funny, depending on what you provide.
I created a letter for my DH and put my name as 'the boss'. It came out quite nicely, I think.
After you finish the letter and have it emailed to yourself, they provide you the opportunity to print out coupons for snacks. They offered me a coupon for Ritz crackers.
