Free Kennedy Space Center Bus Tours?

In the new DIS Unplugged blog the writer mentions a free bus tour. Does have any info. We live in DC and have visited both Air and Space Museums. If there is a free bus tour that would be nice prior to the cruise.
 
The "free" bus tour is include in your admission to Kennedy Space Center. Tickets are $38 for adults and $28 for children, according to KSC's website.
