I just received a call from DVC and they wanted me to set up a 30 min tour during my upcoming Riviera stay. She mentioned a gift but I didn't ask what it was. Is this going to be a small Disney art drawing we have received in the past or are they still doing gift cards?

We got a call for our December trip (we did not go the tour)

We just did the tour yesterday. Actually it’s more of a talk. Mostly of island tower at poly. The gift is a water bottle. It’s a real nice one😀

We got one for our upcoming February trip. My daughter wanted to see the new Poly anyway, so I'll take a free water bottle!

We got the Poly Tower water bottle (& other stuff) at the DVC Moana 2 Movie Preview in November.

As far as the calls, I got one Thursday for it and I check-in at OKW on Tuesday, it's been years since I've been to a member update so I went ahead and signed up for one at Disney Springs, just to see what changed/changing.

My trip starts in about 3 weeks. I want a water bottle! Hope I get a call! That you got one so close to the start of your trip gives me hope that I'll get one.

I went on a tour in January and they gave me a $200 disney gift card, art drawings of the Riviera, Fort Wilderness and Poly, stickers, a dvc drawstring bag and a luggage tag and a little dry erase countdown board, but i do not own dvc yet

We got a $50 WDW Gift Card per person for a tour of Poly two weeks ago.

We got offered the update at SSR in December but opted for the one at DS since we were already planning to do the tree walk there, so we figured we'll stop by for a rest and also see the DVC lounge at the same time.

Overall there were 20 people there, including kids. There was no room tour - just a video presentation highlighting the resorts currently on sale (e.g. Poly, RIV, CFW, AUL). That was ok with us, since we'll be staying at the Poly tower later this year anyway and we'll both see it and experience it. It took about 30 minutes but obviously if you factor in transportation time by bus or car, parking, security screening and all that it's more like 60-90 minutes, depending how you get there and where from.

The gift for us as members was a water bottle (one per group, not per member). Would I do it again if I was already there? - maybe. Would I make a special trip for that? - probably not. Vacation time is too valuable and the locations of these presentations is too much out of the way for us.

Anyone know if they are still giving out gift cards for a tour? My son will be with us in May and he is definitely a hot
prospect to buy dvc. He just has to get his girlfriend to give the ok. :)
