Has anyone completed an offer for a free gift card? like the ones offered through yourgiftcard.com or freecoolrewards.com? In the terms and conditions it says you must fill out a w9 to receive the gift card? Is this safe? You have to send them your SS#. Has anyone ever completed and actually sent it in?
