Free Flights on AirTran with cups at Wendy's

Boy did Airtran handle this promotion well.
I sent my certificates, 8 days later had my credits. I just requested my rewards and got those in 30 seconds. Called up and made my reservations. Although they had the days I wanted available, coming home had a 4 hour layover so I decided to stay an extra day. No problems and I only had to pay $20 tax on the two tickets (boston to Savannah). Way to go Airtran!

I have done a number of stupid things preparing my coupons to be sent in including: putting them through a washing machine cycle, a drying cycle, using too strong of a cleaner, as well as 'obtaining' a trip's worth of coupons that look like they were cut by an eight year old.

So, my question is: Is there any critical level of appearance that must be met to have these 'count' towards you account??

I have faded/bleached looking spots, bent up coupons, and coupons that are only say 80% the original size cut up like a trapezoid or funky parellelogram.

Just curious if these will still post or if someone inspecting might just dump them in the trash. They ARE all clean at least!!!

Does anyone know what "received by Feb 13" means? Does this mean that they have to be delivered by the post office by Feb 13 or they have to be entered into their computer by then?

I just sent in 64 more coupons for my friend to get a RT ticket so he can fly with me to WDW.
I tried to get him two RT tickets like I was able to get but I failed. I have 23 tickets and all the Wendy's around me are done, finished all out and GLAD!
Can I send in these and get a partial credit? Would I have to pay the rest or would I have to earn more credits some other way?
Does anyone know how to earn more credits other than flying or using Air Tran's Visa card? Does anyone have either 9 or 41 coupons that they would like to share with me. I put in a few offers from that other site where people have made thousands of dollars selling the coupons and not one person replied to my requests. Peggie

When did you send them in? I sent some in last Friday and they arrived at Airtran on Monday........ I was figuring some time next week....

UPDATE** The credits hit my account this morning! 4 days from arrival at Airtran. I have a new favorite airline.... if redeeming them works out as painless as getting the credits, I can see flying Airtran all the time...... This promo could really build some brand loyalty for Airtran if they handle it right... and they have so far.

I mailed my coupons on Tuesday - and they were in my Airtran Account when I checked tonight!!!!

Way to go Airtran!!! Now I just need for my DH's to post (I mailed them at the same time -so hopefully soon!!!)

I called once and the woman did not even look at the account, she just said that I needed to wait 6 weeks. If I wait 6 weeks the promotion will be over and it will be too late to send in more. I don't even have 24 more coupons to send.

From what I have read, you don't have much choice except to wait. They are pretty easy to work with, but you do have to wait the 6 weeks. Were they all mailed in the same envelope or were they sent in separately? This could make a huge difference...

I mailed the last of our coupons on 1/20. They were received on 1/23 but still no credits in DH's account. I see others who mailed them after us and they have their credits already!

It is making me very nervous!

Gosh my supply of Frosty's in my freezer is almost gone and no credits to comfort me! BTW they froze great and have been a real treat. We bought the last of our cups full of Frostys. DH felt it was better to spend the extra few cents have have something to enjoy and fatten us up than to buy empty cups or sodas.

I am hoping that if I post this then the credits will magically appear to prove me wrong!

Now that your credits have been successfully posted, would anyone happen to have 6 extra coupons lying around? I am 6 short of a ticket and know it is getting down to the last minute but I have tried ebay and the AirTran message board and haven't had success with either. If you have 6 coupons you would be willing to send me, I will trade you 1 Disney pin for each coupon. PM me if you can help.

I sent the coupons in 4 seperate envelopes inside one big priority envelope. the 4 smaller envelopes each had 32 coupons and a separate 3x5 card.
I hope they just got separated and they will appear eventually. If they don't we are out of luck and can only get one round trip and a one way ticket.

Give them a call and see if there is a note in the account. If they try to explain to wait 6 weeks, politely ask if there is a note in either account about the envelope. I sent mine in two envelopes each with their own 3x5 card, inside of a bigger envelope, inside of a box (I know, overkill). They were credited at the same time... so I wonder if some got dropped along the way.

I think they are supposed to be making notes about the process, so maybe they have done so on your account.

I'm going crazy here. My coupons were sent to Savannah Georgia in a lot of 32 and another lot of 40 (few extra in case they missed some). The lot of 32 were delivered today at noon, the other lot was forwarded to a location in Douglas Georgia zip code 31533. I contacted air tran along with both 31408 and 31533 post offices and they have no idea what's going on. Anyone have any clue?
