Free Fandango ticket on Fridays

Anyone successful getting tickets today? I make it all the way through the process and then get an error message. I have tried both Firefox and IE. Even tried both of our Visa Signature cards.

I'm not having any luck today either. When I pulled up our theater, it skips over Friday. Like there is nothing showing on Friday.... it's very odd. But when I click on another theater, friday is showing....

It let me get all the way to submit your order. I did and then it said error and didn't complete it. How frustrating!

I've searched for reviews and they have a horrible track record with some people saying that their orders didn't go through but they got charged. I checked and so far my card hasn't been charged but I think I'll just pay at the theater and go a day other than Friday. We were rearranging our schedule to go on Friday because of the free ticket. Not worth all this hassle.

Maybe it works better on Fri? I did it last Fri 20 minutes before seeing Inside Out and had no problems whatsoever.

Tickets should be available on Wed, Thur and Friday. This is what the website said when I checked on Monday.

ok. That's for chase signature Visa cards. Mine are C1 and WF.

I called the Visa Signature line and they gave me the Fandango help desk line.... I'm still on hold w/ them. Visa Signature said that they are getting ALOT of issues w/ Fandango's site not working. Fingers crossed....

Update: Fandango help desk was the "helpless desk". They said "we're aware of the problem and they're working on it". I asked them the likelihood of getting tickets for tonight, since it's only for Fridays, and they said "probably unlikely". At that point, shouldn't you maybe extend it to the next day or another day??

All, I just got an email this morning from Fandango and they apologized for the issues they were having on friday and gave me a code for 2 free tickets up to $ 39.00. I thought that was really awesome of them. Did anyone else get that email ?
