Since the fridge was only available two days during our trip, we've made other arrangements. We were signed up March 7-9, 2009 but will no longer need it during this time. Thanks so much for including us and I will notify the next person of the change.

We go the fridge with no problems. I talked to Kimmay and they've recieved it also so everything should be good for awhile. It really helped us out. We kept milk in it for the kids and it saved a lot of money. Thanks for getting this together!

Hello! We are staying at ASMusic and would like to use your refrigerator for our stay. We arrive on the 7th, so hopefully I can make arrangements with chloesmommy for a face-to-face swap. Do you know where ramerjamer (the swapper after me) is staying?
We don't have a car, so can this be left with bell services at ASMusic and then they send it to ASSports? I realize I would need to tip the person at bell services, and make sure the fridge is labeled for ASSports and the next swapper.

Mary, ramerjamer is supposed to get back with me after they get their reservation booked to let me know which All Star. All Star Music is next to All Star Sports and normally swappers borrow a luggage cart and move the fridge themselves to the next luggage services. My son and I moved the fridge from All Star Sports to All Star Movies in late August via luggage cart- I thought I would have a heat stroke When we arrived there, the luggage manager at All Star Movies said that was their job and insisted on taking care of returning the cart to All Star Sports for us. I was a little concerned because the workers at All Star Sports luggage services did not want to help at all and made me sign a $200 deposit slip for the cart. However, everything worked out okay. I would prefer you to try to return the fridge to All Star Sports yourselves or at least see if the employees will help you while you are there (and please tip them if they do) to ensure the fridge does not get lost. All Star Music and Movies have a lot of fridge swaps going- adding to the confusion. However, if ramerjamer is also staying at Music or Movies you can make arrangements to swap there as long as you let me know which resort luggage services the fridge is left with and the name of the person you handed it to (same goes for All Star Sports- get the name of the luggage services person so I can attempt to contact if there is a problem).

If someone is able, I think we need to replenish disinfectant wipes, paper for labels, etc. for the fridge. Let me know if you can help us out. There was still a 4 cup coffee pot, filters, some plastic utensils and bowls in the fridge when a swapper returned a couple of weeks ago.

I originally had taped full size (8 1/2 by 11 inch) plastic page protectors on the fridge and box. I don't know if they are still on there, but large index cards should work just as well as full size copy paper. Bring which ever is easiest and thanks for offering

Their dates start on June 6 so does that mean I get to turn it in at my checkout time on the 6th? Please let me know anything else I need to do.
