I will attempt to contact the luggage services manager again this weekend. I'll post an update here, if I get any new information.

Great news! Our fridge was found in the lost and found department!
The supervisor said it has sasha's goofy's name on it, but was found by housekeeping in a guest room and then sent to lost and found. I don't know what happened, but I am glad it was located and the rest of the swappers will be able to use it!

vetbeth, please PM me your full name, arrival date and reservation number so I can pass that on to the luggage services supervisor.

Yep, the 2 times that my fridges have vanished off the face of the earth were after they were left in a room at the end.

Both times, the swappers called down to bell services and said they needed their luggage picked up. They left the room and bell services picked up their luggage but assumed the fridge was mousekeepings and that was the last time it was ever seen.

So, like I tell my swappers, if you need assitance getting it back to the bell/luggage storage desk, DO NOT leave it unattended in the room. Physically walk with the castmember to make sure it gets picked up and taken to the right place.

So glad you are back on track! My swap had a major cluster this week but I think we have found it and are back on track as well.

Candace, your dates are available and there is no charge to use our fridge- just a promise you will transport the fridge back to the ASSports luggage services and label it for the next swapper on the list. There are luggage carts available to borrow to transport the fridge between the All Star resorts, if you don't have a car. You need to post a few more times before you can receive private messages (PM) so when you have at least 10 posts PM me your full name and contact information (so I can contact you if there are any problems with the fridge before, during or after your trip). A few weeks before your trip, please exchange your info with the swappers immediately before and after you so all of you can label the fridge. I've added you to the list on our first page!

Well, we are back and the fridge should be back in luggage storage. It was great to have it. The only comment I have is that the box is getting a bit ragged- and really needs to be duck taped. We had no car, so we just used light packing tape.

Thanks, Beth! Are any of the upcoming swappers able to take some duct tape and/or bungee cords? If the box comes totally apart we may need to use cords or straps to hold the door shut in storage.
