She went to luggage services at ASSports to pick it up and it can not be found. She went to the parks and staff at ASSports are looking for the fridge to make sure it did not get moved to one of the other resorts by accident.
I spoke to a supervisor in the luggage area last night. He found a fridge for another swap but not ours! 
He also told me a couple of other tips- they usually only keep packages in storage for 10 days. If someone thought it had been more than 10 days they may removed it from storage, however, all items moved in and out of storage are supposed to be logged in and there was no evidence of any fridge entering or exiting the storage area for the past few weeks (and he knows for a fact there have been several). He was going to check with the day shift workers to see if he could find out any other information. Another interesting item, when I first called to inquire about the fridge and gave them sasha's goofy's name, they told me she had checked out a long time ago. They could not find her current reservation. She had been there in Sept. and I wonder if they only saw her old reservation and thought the fridge had been abandoned since Sept.
I hope it is found, the other fridge had been missing since Dec. 17th, so I guess we should not give up yet!

Don't know if it will help or not, but when we went to pick the fridge up @ Thanksgiving, we thought it was lost too. They had already moved it from ASSports to our resort (ASMusic). Also - when we were there, there were 2 fridges w/ pink duct tape! Go figure! I would have never thought there was that much pink duct tape to be found!
Thanks for the info- I never would have considered there would be more than one fridge box with pink duct tape! I have not been able to get anyone to answer in the luggage services area the last few times I have tried. It has been going to voice mail. Do you think they are avoiding me?

This just happened to one of my swappers too! He left me a voicemail thanking me for having the fridge forwarded to their resort, which of course I didn't. They were staying at the Movies and the fridge was left by a previous swapper at the home resort Music.
When they checked-in at the Movies they were told there was a package for them and that it would be delivered to their room!
To say it's an inconsistent process would be a gross understatement!
I hope your fridge turns up soon.
