Free Disney Planning DVD never shows!

I ordered one through the official WDW site on January 2! After waiting 3 weeks, I ordered another one online. SO when I still didn't get that one by February 4, I decided to call and order one. I haven't received it yet. We leave on March 30 for our first family trip, and the kids are trying to be patient, but they really want to see that dvd!!!

What in the world do I have to do to get one??!! I live in Wisconsin, not on a stranded island somewhere!

Has this happened to anyone else?

OKay, so I guess I AM the only one this has happened to!

I ordered another one last night, and had it sent to my mother. 4th time the charm?! It's been since Jan. 2nd, and today is Feb. 17, I think I have been patient. I did those free maps through the Disney site too, hope those will show up before we go this March.

I wonder if I can pay for a dvd at a travel agent?...

Yes, it happened to ME! I ordered one early Jan...now I don't expect to see it anymore....

I have not had that problem; however, as for the maps, you can print them off of your computer if they don't come in the mail. They are not on parchment type paper like the ones they mail to you but in a pinch, they do great!

I forgot till now that I ordered one also. It was back at the beginning of January. I order one every year. It seems to be a rehash each year but I still like them.

No, I have ordered x3 since December. 2 online, one via phone call to a CM a week ago.
