free disney dining plan sept 08 upgrade ?

hi

we are going soon and i would like to know if anyone else has been quoted or how much it is to upgrade to the deluxe dining? dh just phoned disney and for 2 adults and 2 children it was £608.00 for 14 days, but i thought they quoted the difference between the normal and the deluxe.
