No. Free dining promotions, if offered, have always started at the very end of August.

There's a bounceback that starts August 20. But that's outside your time as well, even if you could book it.

if you don't get a PIN and you aren't British or Canadian you are likely out of luck.

Thanks. That is what I expected. Trying to decide between Shades of Green and Art of Animation for 5 adults. Would really like the Disney Dining and the Magicbands, etc, but cost at Shades of Green is so much better.

Are you eligible for the military room discount at Disney resorts? You still wouldn't get free dining, but you can do the room discount, Salute tickets, and pay for dining.
