Free disney dining extended - truth or rumor???

I have read on another site that the free Disney Dining has been extended into December. Is this true as I have not heard anything...They are saying that it will go in effect on Monday...Is this just a rumor? I would be so excited if it were true!! Anyone hear anything?

There is no current general public offer out past October 2, 2010 but some PIN codes have been released for free dining through December 24. You must personally receive a PIN code to take advantage of the offer.

Nor has there been any other chatter here about any knowledge of a second general public offer for 2010.
