Free Disney Dining at Sarasota Springs?

I apologize if this is a redundant question, but I couldn't find the answer. I know if you are a part of the DVC, there are no free dining options. But what if you are staying at a DVC (Sarasota Springs) NOT as a DVC, but as just a regular group booking it through the regular website? (It's one of the few places that offer 8ppl rooms.) Is free dining still an option or is strictly for Value/Moderate/Deluxe hotels - meaning there's no way for a group of 8 to get free dining with out having separate rooms?

Free dining was offered at Saratoga for cash reservations. No idea how limited the availability is, and there are no guarantees to add it once it comes out.

I believe the 3 bedroom suits were excluded.

That's a new phrase for me - I haven't delt much with DVC. What's cash reservations? Is that non-DVC people booking rooms there as though they are regular rooms?

1. Yes. "Cash reservation" is what you sound like you're planning to do - rent a DVC villa through the "regular website" (i.e. online or calling Disney) and paying for it with cash, credit card or some form of payment that is NOT points, just like you would a resort room at the Contemporary or All Stars or any non-DVC room.

As for free dining, as long as the resort and room category you are booking is included in the free dining offer and there is availability when you call, it can be added to a DVC villa since you will be paying with cash, credit card, etc and not staying on a points reservation. I also think the 3 bedroom villas have been excluded for some special offers.
