not as of yet... Free dining for fall usually comes out the first week of April and the rumor is that it will not only be the entire month of September but will also include the entire month of August.

The definition of dinning (rhymes with winning) is making loud, unpleasant, and prolonged noise (such as "the sound dinning in my ears was the telephone ringing"). There's usually some dinning at Walt Disney World, such the Tomorrowland Indy Speedway cars emitting unpleasant noise, but admission to the Magic Kingdom isn't free.

I'm sorry. I'm not trying to pick on anyone in particular. I keep seeing posts about "dinning" on DISboards, and I don't think they're really about dinning.

I don't know that status of free dining for 2009.

Absolutley right. If Free Dining is going to be offered again this year, it most likely won't begin until after the current 4/3 offer ends on August 15.

Yep- rumor. I hope its true! My mom and I were already planning our trip and checking on airplane tickets and all. But this Disney trip planner we know says it's probably true and they will announce it very soon (if true) so we'll just have to wait.
