Free dinning questions from 2009 Nov/Dec?

When was free dinning offered for Nov/Dec in 2009? Was it a public offer or Pin Code only?

And does anybody remember the offer? Is it same as the free dinning being offered now in 2010?

Thanks for any help, we have made a ressie now for Sept but it is starting to look like we may have to postpone due to work issues.

The free dining offer came out toward the end of July, 2009. I'm not positive, but I think it was released to Disney Visa holders a couple of days before the general public offer. Yes, it was the same: QSDP for the values, DDP for mods and deluxe.
