Looks like you can choose. I know DznyLvr is staying moderate so I don't think resort class has anything to do with it.

I got free dining the whole time, even though I check in 2 days before free dining ends. Oct 2-9 are my dates.
The lady said to me " do you want free counterservice or free tableservice plan?" I was like, what do you think, of course I want tableservice if it's free!!

It's the regular. You can pay the difference to upgrade to Deluxe. They made no mention of the QS plan. We are at Pop Cent.
