You don't need disney visa, and you must have either hoppers or water parks and more. This makes it more money for us, have to reconsider. I got my reservation at pop by 6:20 however I tried looking at POR and it looks sold out at 6:35! So go right now.
It would work out for me, but the phone lines are busy, can't get through. Not even on hold music. Only error messages. Modifying my existing reservation online, unfortunately doesn't show the FD offer.

Never mind. We check in Nov 7. And it begins Nov 8. Should I call and reschedule? We are staying at POR. However, I'm not 100% sure we won't have to move the reservation to 2016 because we putting our home on the market in Aug.

I just got off the phone with the lovely CM Darla, she was very patient and friendly. She got annoyed as well, as the system is crashing on their side as well. I got my room only reservation at Pop changed to Pop + tickets (hopper + water parks) and free dining, paid about $200 extra for the upgrade from Quick Service to regular dining. As we budgeted about $600 p/p to use quick services only (except 2 table dinners at BOG and Akershus) we are good to go.
That 30% off offer was until 8/27 .. now it is until 10/3? I'll have to call back and see if I can get my final two days of my trip (8/28 and 8/29) discounted as well.
For a short trip (that doesn't fall entirely in the free dining window) that is a better deal than free dining.
My freaking AA agent can't get through...and she informed me that "I have appointments so I can't stay on the phone all day". GRRRRR!!!! I have had nothing but attitude from this woman since we booked! I realize you can't stay on the phone all day, but NEVER tell the customer this! Next time, I will either book directly through Disney, or make sure the AAA person is a Disney expert. The fact that I knew more about WDW than her should have been a red flag.
Anyway, good luck to everyone...hopefully, I can get mine for September some time today!
So frustrating because if the website would work to get a quote the phone lines wouldn't be so overwhelmed. If I could do this at home like we should be able to do it would be easy.
